Annette O'Toole was raised in Houston Texas in her dance studio run by her mother. She made her television debut at the age of 2 in the form of a young child in the Don Mahoney, Kiddie Trooper Show. She was 13 when, having ten years of vocal and dancing instruction in her past, she and her mother went back to L.A. for a year to find out if they could pursue a career in show business.
