Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of the children and only daughter of Richard McCormick in 1956 was born at Woodland Hills (California) on 5 August. Her father taught school, while her mother stayed at her home. Michael, Dennis and Kevin are three of her older brothers. McCormick was a talented artist and dancer since the age of 6. McCormick appeared in a Mattel commercial that starred her doll Baby Pattaburp. Her next major job was in a commercial on television for the "Chatty" Cathy doll.
